Shri Rashesh C. Gogri

• Shri Rashesh C. Gogri has been serving as the Managing Director of the Company since September 26, 2014, following his tenure as Whole-Time Director beginning in October 2012. With effect from October 1, 2026, he has been appointed as the Chairman of the Company, in addition to his existing role as Managing Director. A graduate in Production Engineering from Mumbai University, he brings over 21 years of experience in Production, Marketing, strategy and Project Implementation within the Chemical and Pharmaceutical sectors. In addition to his role in the Company, Shri Rashesh C. Gogri holds key leadership positions as the Non- Executive Vice-Chairman of Aarti Industries Limited and Chairman & Managing Director of Aarti Pharmalabs Limited.
